The Bible and Theology Department provides instruction in the Word of God, the tools necessary for personal study of that Word, the biblical philosophy which provides a solid foundation for living, and the scriptural motivation to put into practice scriptural standards and precepts.

Education
Calvary University has been preparing teachers for private and international schools for more than 40 years. In 2010, the Education Department began offering Missouri State Certification, which has expanded its sphere of impact. Teachers prepared at Calvary serve as effective teachers in public, private, and international schools.

The Professional Directed Studies Department enables academic learning in cooperation with other CHEA accredited institutions. Students can study at Calvary and integrate courses taken from another academic institution in order to major in an academic program not offered at Calvary.

Get Equipped for Multi-Vocational Ministry
Warrior’s Choice is a program that provides a concentrated and specialized Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies degrees designed to produce more versatile graduates skilled in complementary career and ministry disciplines.
Warrior’s Choice is designed to help graduates be better able to engage vocations and ministry from a broader perspective and be better equipped for bi-vocational ministry. Add any two minors to the Bible and Theology major.

Bachelor’s Degree Completion Requirements
- Number of hours: 126 (Education Department requires more credits)
- Minimum GPA: 2.0
- In order to graduate and participate in Commencement, an Application for Degree or Certificate is to be filed with the Registrar’s Office no later than October 1st for Fall graduates and February 1st for Spring graduates.
