Overview

Organizational Leadership/Management is designed to prepare students for a wide variety of career options in leadership. This degree will cover topics such as management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, budgeting and finance, organizational change along with training and development. Organizational leadership will assist students on how to manage others efficiently and effectively, such as leading by example within the workplace.
