Program Goals
The goal of the Elementary Education Program is to prepare highly effective teacher candidates who are capable of meeting the diverse learning needs of students in the 21st century classroom.
Elementary teacher candidates will learn how to:
- Teach from a biblical worldview
- Prepare for 21st century learning environments
- Develop hands-on instructional activities through tutoring and field experience
- Experience a world of diversity through Christian ministries and field placements
