Head Pastor Role

Pastor/Shepherd- part/full time needs currently.
– Needs to have desire to reach the lost- community minded- creative ways to get the gospel out
– Needs to be visible in the community and surrounding areas
– Needs to be a leader who can incorporate helpers within the church
– Team builder- gather good people around, with a vision for lost
– Make disciples who are grounded in Word of God.
– Cares for needs of flock and continuously looks for ongoing ways to address them.
– All this is done through much prayer and teaches others the benefit and importance of a sincere prayer life
– Sees a multi-ethnic town and welcomes and serves to best serve others.
