Pastor/Intern

We are located in a small rural community in northern California and most of our membership is spread out over a 20 to 30 mile radius. Our worship service is traditional in style. We function with a pastor, lay elders and deacons in our leadership structure. Due to age and health, our current pastor is looking for someone to transition into the position of pastor. He has been pastor at this church for 37 years. We are open to an intern that would want to transition into the position also. We are an IFCA church.
