Project Need

Urgent action is needed to repair, replace, and upgrade essential campus facilities in preparation for a growing student body. Four key areas of the campus need to be prepared for their arrival.

Project Impact

This project will enhance campus infrastructure, ensuring a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment for all. Key improvements include upgraded athletic facilities, enhanced sidewalks and signage, modernized dormitory systems, and a new fire security system in Madison Hall. These upgrades will support academic, athletic, and residential growth, aligning with the university’s commitment to excellence and fostering a vibrant campus community for years to come.
