By sharing your time, skills, and experience, you help create an environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and personally while allowing the University to steward its resources wisely.

Every hour volunteered helps reduce operational costs, allowing more of Calvary’s resources to be directed toward student success and our commitment to keeping a biblical education accessible and affordable. Whether you have a few hours each week or can serve on an occasional basis, your investment makes a lasting difference in the lives of students preparing to serve Christ in the church and the world.

Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Housekeeping Volunteer

Help provide a clean, welcoming campus environment for students, faculty, and guests.

  • Light cleaning of common areas
  • Assisting with event setup and cleanup
  • Preparing residence halls or campus spaces for special events
  • Supporting housekeeping staff with seasonal projects
Library Volunteer

Help create an organized, welcoming library environment for students, faculty, and guests.

  • Shelving and organizing books
  • Assisting with inventory and collection maintenance
  • Preparing materials for circulation
  • Light clerical and organizational tasks
Maintenance Volunteer

Help care for Calvary’s campus by assisting with groundskeeping, maintenance, and facility improvements.

  • Landscaping and seasonal grounds care
  • Lawn mowing and trimming
  • Painting and minor repairs
  • Assisting with mechanical or maintenance projects based on experience
  • Supporting campus improvement projects
Receptionist Volunteer

Serve as one of the first friendly faces visitors encounter when they arrive on campus.

  • Greeting guests and directing visitors
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Assisting with basic office and administrative tasks
  • Providing general campus information
Student Dean’s Office Volunteer

Support Student Life by assisting with administrative projects that help serve the student body.

  • Filing and organizing records
  • Data entry and office support
  • Preparing materials for student events
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
