“One generation shall praise Your works to another
And shall declare Your mighty act.” – Psalm 145:4 (NASB)

Dear Calvary Family,

Arriving at the close of the 86th academic year at Calvary, we celebrate the efforts and accomplishments of many. Another graduating class is going out into the world better equipped to live and serve in the church and in the world according to the Biblical worldview. As we commend those graduates, their families, and all those who have supported them, I am reminded of those words of David – that it is God’s design that one generation proclaim God’s greatness to the next.

While there are many things to celebrate at Calvary University – including the award-winning enrollment growth, the deepening of key ministry partnerships, and the expansion of Calvary’s academic programs from kindergarten through Ph.D – the thing that excites me most is that Calvary remains unwavering and uncompromising in its commitment to prepare students to live and serve rooted in God’s word.

The task of higher education at Calvary isn’t simply about degrees and vocations – it isn’t even mostly about those things. Rather, the task is centrally about helping students to become Warriors who have Christ’s word dwelling richly in them, and who are developing the strength needed to proclaim His glory to the next generation.

Thank you so very much for your part in supporting and encouraging another graduating class of men and women who will make a difference for Him. Just as each graduate has had much help in arriving at that moment when they walk across the stage and receive their degrees, so we have had much help in providing the tools and the environment for those men and women to get to that moment. We are so grateful for you – it is your continual prayer and faithful support that makes all of this possible. Thank you for the vital part you have played this past year in preparing the next generation of Warriors. As we continue educating and equipping the next cohort of Christian Warriors, please consider coming alongside us at this time with a gift of support. Now, onto the next year, as God gives us breath. The job is never done…

In Him,
