Ministry Internship Program

Walking with God is all about becoming the best version of yourself, living out your specific purpose, and taking actionable steps to get there. If you’ve felt called to the world of ministry, we couldn’t be more excited for you and want to help you move forward on your journey.

Our Internship Program exists to train, equip, challenge, and coach students who are pursuing vocational ministry by providing them with ministry exposure, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities. Internships at Journey are for college-aged adults (18-24) exploring and/or preparing for a call to full-time ministry. We have three levels of internships (some of which are paid) and offer internship opportunities in the fall, spring, and summer.

At every level of our internship program, interns will experience as much ministry exposure as possible in the primary area of their choosing. Multiple positions are available in several key ministry areas: Student Ministry, Kids Ministry, Worship & Production, and Communications.
