Salina First UMC in Salina, KS is ready for you to be their children and youth discipleship director. The Children’s and Youth Discipleship Director would cultivate and lead a dynamic ministry to children and youth.

The Director will develop and implement a comprehensive approach to children and youth ministry in alignment with Salina First UMC’s mission to reach children and youth for Jesus Christ and disciple them in faith.

The Director will work with a wealth of experienced volunteers to lay a foundation that will keep the children and youth interested in the things of God and involved in church as they grow into adulthood.
