How to 

set up your Gmail Signature

Copy this URL:

Go to Gmail “Settings” 

Scroll down to “Signature”

Click on “Insert Image”

Choose “Web Address (URL)”

Paste in the copied URL. The four logos should appear. Click on “Select.”

Click on the image and choose “Medium.” 

Highlight the image and click on “Link.”

Add the URL to the main Calvary University website: https://www.calvary.edu.

(This will make the logos image clickable.)

While you’re at it, apply this format to your personal information: Use “Sans Serif” font, name in black and “Normal” font, title and other information in “Small” font and CU crimson.

Be sure to click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the Settings page. 

You’re done! Enjoy your beautiful, new signature!
