“Turning the Great Resignation into the Great Retention!”

The conference will focus on strategies to engage and retain employees thus reducing the impact of turnover on business operations and culture.  Come and be encouraged by the impact that the biblical worldview can have on business operations and success, and to encourage others by participating in giving feedback and asking thought-provoking questions. 

Presentations will occur during conference workshops conducted on February 7, 2023, on the campus of Calvary University, 15800 Calvary Road, Kansas City, MO. This one-day event will feature three guest speakers plus Dr. Germaine Washington – Program Chair of the Business Administration Department and Dean of the Graduate School. The day will end with a panel discussion of the four presenters discussing the presented material and its relevance to today’s business climate.
