MANHATTAN KS - February 02, 2013 -The Warriors fell to the Crusaders 78-56 in their second road game of the trip. The Warriors did have some bright spots in the performance. Detrich Carter had 16 points shooting 60% from the field and 100% from the free throw line. Eric Daniels led the team with 18 points and 7 rebounds, shooting 3-of-8 from 3-point range. Karlin Wiebe had 9 points and 10 rebounds. The Warriors had far fewer turnovers in this game as they protected the ball much better. The Warriors played better in the 2nd half shooting 50% overall during the game. The Warriors outrebounded their opponent once again, as they have come to be a dominant force in that regard within the conference. No one can question the work ethic of this team on the boards!

The Warriors will continue to work on their ball movement and on sinking those 3-point shots. With some improvement, this team will be hard to beat!

The Warriors are now 4-11 overall. Their next game is February 5 in Omaha, NE, against Union College.
