Responsibilities: Women's Basketball Coach
Tressa Shoemaker was named head volleyball coach in 2010 and the head basketball coach for the Lady Warriors in 2006. In 2002, Shoemaker suffered a career-ending knee injury during a Calvary Bible College volleyball match. After the injury, she became the student assistant coach for both of Calvary's volleyball and women's basketball teams.
Shoemaker holds a bachelor's degree in Biblical Counseling from Calvary Bible College.
Coach Shoemaker believes that sports are about passion, courage, excellence and talent. Because of this strong belief, she wants each of her players to learn what it's like to have a close relationship with Christ. Without Him by your side, it is hard to run the race of life successfully.
