Organizational Leadership

Leaders have many model choices for successful leadership.  This course of study provides opportunity for God’s men and women to discover His plan for their leadership model.  By examining biblical foundations for leadership throughout the program, leaders will be prepared to make decisions and lead others in faith-based and secular organizations.  Focusing on servant leadership and other biblical models, students will practice their new leadership styles through case studies, projects, and small group participation.  Students will bring their Bible to class, but focus is also placed on the practical application of strategy and math-based skills.
