KANSAS CITY, MO - On January 22, the Calvary Warriors took the court against Nebraska Christian College in Omaha, NE. Coming off a difficult loss last Saturday afternoon against Manhattan Christian College, the Warriors were looking to get back on the winning track against Nebraska Christian. The first half was fast paced as both teams were looking to gain the early advantage. Calvary again struggled with early turnovers as Nebraska Christian was able to capitalize and take the lead going into halftime. Turnovers would ultimately doom the Warriors who finished with 18 total for the game. Greg Harvey missed a game tying three-point attempt as time expired. The Warriors had three players eclipse the 20 point mark who were led by Cody Sanning who scored 22 points along with collecting 24 rebounds. Greg Harvey added 20 points and 9 assists to the Warrior cause. Miles Valentino also finished with 22 points. The Warriors retake the court again at home against Faith Baptist Bible College this coming Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
